Purchase of a game
After you have purchased a game, you will receive an e-mail with all the necessary information.
If you have selected a digital service for payment, you will receive an e-mail with your serial key immediately after your payment.
In this e-mail you will also find a link to freely download the game you have purchased.
If you have paid the amount by bank transfer, you will receive the e-mail with the serial key only upon receipt of your payment in our bank account.
Entering the serial key and activating the game
If you have created a customer account, you can view the serial keys of all your games at any time. To do this, go to the customer area and see "Order history and details".
In addition, you will receive the serial key by e-mail, as will every guest customer.
Start your game, click on “Activate” in the game launcher and enter the serial key in the corresponding field.
At this point, the program requires access to the Internet!
The best way to do this is as follows:
- Select the serial key and copy it to the clipboard.
(To do this, press the CTRL+C keys or use right mouse button and “Copy”) - Then select the input field in the activation dialog and enter the serial key.
(Press the CTRL+V keys or use the right mouse button and “Paste”) - Of course, you can also enter the serial key manually.
Successful activation will be displayed.
Deactivation of the game and reuse of serial keys
In principle, your serial key can be used indefinitely!
You therefore have the option to cancel an activation at any time. To do this, use the “Deactivate” function in the game launcher.
The successful deactivation will be displayed and with it the remaining available activations of your serial.
If you forget to deactivate it by accident or mishap, you can use the serial key several times (but no more than 3 times).
