How do I use a coupon code?
You can redeem your coupon code in the shopping cart during the order process.
Log in to your Play-Orange customer account or create a free account. Choose a game and click on “Add to cart” to add the game to your shopping cart. Then continue shopping or go to the checkout.
Enter your coupon code in the “Promo code” field and click on “Add”. You can also click on your coupon code to apply it.
Please make sure that you enter your coupon code correctly. We recommend that you copy your code (Ctrl + C) and paste it into the field provided (Ctrl + V) to avoid errors. You can also copy it directly by clicking on it.
Why is my coupon code not valid?
If you enter an invalid coupon code, an error message will appear. There are various reasons why a code may be invalid:
- The coupon code was not entered correctly. Try copying and pasting the code.
- The coupon code cannot be used for the items in the shopping cart.
(Some coupon codes only work for games that have no other price reduction) - The coupon code Neu320 is only valid for new customers and can only be used once.
- The coupon code has expired.
- The coupon code was for one-time use and has already been redeemed.
