How do I create a customer account and sign in to it?
A Play-Orange customer account gives you access to all products and offers, which are available on the Play-Orange website. This includes our free games, downloads and membership services. Once a customer account is created you can manage all your personal information, orders and your serials / keys easily.
Creating a new customer account
Creating a game account is quick, easy and completely free.
Go to the Login page.
Use the menu function or simply click on "Sign in".
For a new account please choose "No account? Create one here".
Fill in the required fields such as name, e-mail address and password and confirm the terms and conditions.
Please check your details and then click on the button "Save" to continue.
Already have a customer account?
If you already have a game account, you can log in at any time.
Go to the Sign in page.
Enter the e-mail address and the corresponding password that you chose for your Play-Orange customer account.
Forgot your e-mail address?
If you have forgotten the e-mail address you used to set up your customer account or have not used it for some time and are therefore unable to log in, please contact our support team. Please enter your first and last name so that your customer account can be found as quickly as possible.

If you have forgotten your password, click on “Forgot your password?” on the Log in page and we will send you a new password via e-mail.
You have not received your password?
It is possible that our e-mail has been placed in your spam or junk folder. To make sure you receive your new password, please add shop@play-orange.com and support@magnussoft.de to the safe senders list. If you still do not receive the e-mail, please contact our customer service and we will manually create a new password for you.
How to update or change your e-mail address and/or password
Log in to your customer account by entering the corresponding e-mail address and password.
To the Customer area and click on "Information".
Enter a new e-mail address and/or password.
Save your changes.
